The RCSD-10 piston funnel from 10057 allows you to easily and precisely measure out sauces, liqueurs, toppings, as well as to fill and decorate chocolates, pastries, or desserts. Thanks to its practical mechanism and the high-quality materials, this kitchen aid is particularly suitable for bakeries, pastry shops and kitchens.

The three included filling tips with diameters of 4, 5, and 6 mm, ensure the finest results with any liquid consistency. Choose the appropriate sieve flow depending on the type of product, e.g. a thick layer of topping or a subtle touch of sauce to a restaurant dish. This piston funnel is also suitable for portioning sauces, ganache, chocolate, and fine purees, i.e. all homogeneous, flowable masses.
A special feature of this pastry filler is the simple yet precise functioning of the dosing opening. With the help of the lever attached to the ergonomic handle, which you can operate with your thumb, you can lift or lower the centrally-placed rubber stopper at will, thereby opening or closing the outlet opening. This means that filling or decorating can be interrupted and resumed at any time, without wasting filling material.

The filling funnel arrived in defective packaging (cardboard box). A wing nut is also missing, so the filling funnel cannot yet be used. I need to get a wing nut first. Otherwise the filling funnel is ok and it will make my work easier.

The funnel is very solid and well made. The only negative point is that the nut around the thread to change the attachments loosens and the funnel then no longer closes itself. Anyone who knows this screws it back tight and then does what it is supposed to do again.
