The RCFT-1.3 piston funnel from Royal Catering allows you to easily and precisely measure out sauces, liqueurs, toppings, etc., as well as to fill and decorate chocolate, pastries or desserts. Thanks to its practical mechanism and the high-quality materials, this kitchen aid is particularly suitable for bakeries, pastry shops and kitchens.
With this handy pastry filler, you can easily and precisely fill hollow chocolate shells with liquid delicacies such as liqueurs, jellies and creams. The 8 mm dispenser opening ensures optimum and subtle portioning of any liquid consistency. The baking funnel is also great for pouring sauces and purees.
This model is characterised by the easy and precise operation of the dispensing opening. With the help of the lever attached to the handle, which you can operate with your thumb, you can lift or lower the centrally-placed rubber stopper at will, thereby opening or closing the outlet opening. This means that filling or decorating can be interrupted and resumed at any time, without wasting filling material.
The stand included in delivery is ideally suited for setting down or temporarily storing the pastry filler. It also makes filling the 1.3 litre funnel considerably easier, as it rests securely on the stand and won't tip over.
