Light or dark beer, wheat or rye – with this mash tun you can produce your very own beer according to your own recipe, privately or professionally.

The fermentation kettle for unadulterated enjoyment of homemade beer

The 30 L mash tun has a litre scale on the inner wall for ease of use and for the correct ratio of ingredients. The temperature can be quickly reached and maintained for a long time thanks to the powerful heating element. The power can be regulated in three stages (700 / 1,800 / 2,500 W). In this way, the mash remains at the right temperature during all steps of the process to achieve optimum flavour results.
During the mashing process, clear liquid and sediments that slowly settle at the bottom are perfectly separated. A tap makes it easy to drain liquid and debris, such as excess yeast, from the brewing kettle.
The brewing kettle stands out with high safety standards including a TCO overheat protection, which makes operation significantly easier and safer. The robust, food-safe Stainless steel construction guarantees hygienic and flavour-neutral fermentation, easy cleaning, and a long service life for the fermenter.

Good for the money

Bought with a discount, good for the money. The top and bottom of the pot didn't fit very well, I had to tighten the screws at the bottom, otherwise ok. Keep in mind that the top cannot be separated from the bottom, so you must have another container for cooling. The package also includes a mashing bag or a net that can be hung on the handle of the pot.

What is the maximum grain capacity of the mash kettle?

The grain capacity depends on the recipe. In principle, you can fill the entire fermenter with it, as the sieve is not fixed.

Does the mash have to be put into a separate container or can it be cooled in the fermentation kettle?

In our shop you will find the cooling coil RCBM-42NCS, which cools the mash down to 25 - 30 °C within 30 min. It can then be transferred to another container.
