Very nice aesthetically, robust, made of the best materials. Easy to use and clean. Produces 25 liters of excellent beer. Arrived on time and in perfect packaging. A few more instructions with drawings and photos would be useful, even if assembled well without problems. I'm really happy.
Device makes a good impression, cleanly processed. The only suggestion for improvement would be detailed assembly instructions. Otherwise, I'm looking forward to the beer!
I started brewing beer in spring 2021. I brewed a few beers, each with a rest. Registration at the customs office Beforehand, I registered at the responsible customs office. 200 liters of beer for private use are currently (2021) allowed tax-free per year. The registration took us 2 weeks until we received a response from the customs office. I record how many liters I have brewed in a simple Excel spreadsheet. I then send the table to the customs office once a year.To the kettleThis kettle has a capacity of 30 l and allows you to brew up to approx. 25 l of beer in one go. In principle, it is an automatic preserving machine with additional functions that are necessary for brewing. Automatic preserving machines have the problem that the mash tends to settle at the bottom if you don't stir constantly. Such a machine is well suited for producing a beer with a rest. Unlike the preserving machine, the malt is in a separate inner container. The brew is sucked through the bottom and then past the side of the kettle. Occupational medicine The machine can work manually or automatically, depending on how you want. The brewing machine now has the following expanded functions: - Holding the malt The malt is stored in an inner kettle with two Seven held.- Automatic stirring. By pumping. The machine pumps the brew in a circle and ensures a flow, especially in the lower area of the kettle. This means nothing will burn anymore.- WhirlpoolThe liquid is passed along the side of the kettle and then through the lid at the top into the mash. This causes the liquid to rotate and drain through the overflow pipe into the bottom. The permanent whirlpool makes better use of the mash. This replicates stirring. This is otherwise done by hand with the brewing paddle.- Automatic detents You can automatically set the detents for the recipe via programming. These are approached one after the other and you don't have to worry about anything. This is a wonderful relief. Once the mashing is complete, the machine becomes noticeable. - People The people also happen in the kettle. To do this, lift the inner kettle with the malt in the kettle and hang it here with a twist. Now the liquid runs into the kettle and you add the topping according to the recipe. This washes the last of the sugar out of the mash.- Boil the wortNow you increase the temperature of the wort and boil it. Here, too, the machine "complains" when it is time to add the hops. The machine reminds you to add the hops. - Cooling the wort (extra cooling loop required) The wort can now be cooled down quickly using a cooling loop (snake) that needs to be inserted. Now it's time to drain the wort into a fermentation bucket or fermentation barrel using the drain tap. Fermentation can begin immediately. This means that the boiler's work is finished. What you get is an automatic process from mashing in to the end of wort boiling including cooling. That's a lot. Now comes another important step. After the wort has fermented, clean it up. The kettle is filled with water and the pump is set in motion. Now I let it run through the machine for 60 minutes. Then drain it. Now the same thing happens again, but with Oxiclean disinfectant. Then rinse again and the system is ready for use again. Why is cleaning immediately so important? The wort contains sugar, which, among other things, causes the pump to stick together. To prevent this from happening, the sugar has to come out of the pump. Summary: The machine takes over the entire process from mashing in to the end of the wort boiling. Clean immediately after use. The machine frees your hands while the machine takes over the brewing process. The process becomes more precise because notches are approached in a targeted manner. The user of this machine + cooling coil incurs additional costs. You also need a fermentation bucket, bottles or kegs. As well as a beer spindle or prism. Hop bags are helpful. Disinfectant.

The device is beautiful and of good quality. However, it has a problem that there are 9 liters of water under the filter basket. So 9 liters is not on the malt. This makes it impossible for me to cook smaller portions. 8-12 liters is impossible, but even with a larger batch, the beer will be "diluted".

There is a manual mode, the exact operation is described in the operating instructions.
In our shop you will find the cooling coil RCBM-42NCS, which cools the mash down to 25 - 30 °C within 30 min. It can then be transferred to another container.
