Now that I have completed the first brewing run, I would like to give an objective assessment. The device is very well made and makes a high-quality impression. Comparable mash kettles from other suppliers are significantly more expensive and generally do not have an additional insulating jacket. Delivery was very quick, operation is intuitive and the automatic mode is helpful, although manual intervention and changes are possible at any time. In my first experience, due to the height of the lower mash sieve, you should choose a recipe or an output quantity that provides for a main pouring quantity of 12 liters or more, otherwise mashing is not possible because the malt is not sufficiently covered by the brewing water. Since the brewing kettle is designed for a quantity of 30 liters, I do not consider this to be relevant, since most recipes require a main pouring quantity of around 12 liters for an output quantity of 10 liters. This meant that I was able to carry out the first brewing run with an output of just under 15 liters without any problems and was able to enjoy my first wheat beer. By adding yeast booster capsules from "Dein Bier" this was possible after just over a week. I therefore see this brewing kettle as a real recommendation for the hobby brewer. Cheers!
