The induction cooker optimally absorbs heat due to the three-layered capsule bottom. Two layers of stainless steel surround the central aluminium layer, which ensures an efficient heat distribution and keeps food warm for a longer time without the need of additional energy. The cooking time is thereby reduced by up to 20%, while the energy consumption is reduced by up to 30%, which is particularly advantageous for frequent and permanent use.
The pot and the lid are made of extra durable stainless steel, designed especially for professional use. I have been looking for a large induction cooking pot for a long time to boil my honeycombs in to melt the beeswax out. This 106 liter induction cooking pot easily fits 10 honeycombs, it is very strong and easy to clean.
