The induction pot induction RCST-50E with a large capacity of 48 litres and heat insulation is a high-quality kitchen utensil. It helps you to easily prepare large-scale meals, both in canteen kitchens and at mobile outdoor events. The lid keeps your food warm and fresh. The cooking pot is suitable for electric and gas stoves as well as ceramic hobs, halogen plates and induction plates. Whether you are a professional cook in a restaurant, bar or canteens or an amateur cook at home, Royal Catering has first-class cooking pots for all your cooking needs.
The induction cooker optimally absorbs heat due to the three-layered capsule bottom. Two layers of stainless steel surround the central aluminium layer, which ensures an efficient heat distribution and keeps food warm for a longer time without the need of additional energy. The cooking time is thereby reduced by up to 20%, while the energy consumption is reduced by up to 30%, which is particularly advantageous for frequent and permanent use.
The pot and the lid are made of extra durable stainless steel, designed especially for professional use. Its excellent workmanship and long durability, as well as its elegant design make it indispensable for professional use. The material absorbs no odours and is particularly hygienic, for a very safe cooking.

I have heard that it is problematic to use induction pots on gas plates as it would take a lot of time and power to heat up the pot. Is this true?

No, our induction pots have 3-layered sandwich bottoms. There is one aluminium layer between two layers of stainless steel for a more efficient heat distribution. This construction speeds up the cooking process. The contents of the pot stay warm for a longer time.
