Cook pizza, flammkuchen, lahmacun, or focaccia to perfection with the Royal Catering pizza oven. Equipped with 2 large, heat-resistant fireclay stone chambers and independent top/bottom heat controls up to 350 °C, the commercial pizza oven heats in just 22 minutes and retains its temperature even with regular door opening. At maximum heat, it only takes 6 minutes to bake a fresh pizza with a medium-thick crust – perfect for serving hungry customers fast. The energy-saving stone oven is perfect for Italian pizzerias, as well as cafés, snack bars, and other eateries offering crispy baked goods.

Easy-to-use pizza oven with 2 large baking chambers

The electric pizza oven can hold one pizza up to 35 cm in diameter per chamber. From thick-crust Chicago-style to pizza al taglio and Turkish lahmacun, this 11 cm-high chamber handles a variety of pizza styles. Activate the heat and chamber light via two toggle switches. This lets you monitor the status of your dishes precisely at all times. Adjust the top and bottom heat independently using large dials to ensure that heavenly mix of perfectly melted cheese and crispy base. With a 4000 W output, the professional appliance heats up to 350 °C reliably and quickly. The fireclay stone base ensures optimum heat distribution. The extra-large doors and wide handles allow safe pizza removal, even at high temperatures.
