I decided on a small pizza peel because I wanted to rotate the pizza in the stone oven so that it was baked evenly on all sides. The stem is closed. The material is very solid and high quality. After repeated use there are signs of wear, but this is completely normal. The perfect choice for me.

Very good workmanship - very valuable. Everything polished to a high shine. I'll drill a hole for hanging it myself. Packaging has a bit too much Styrofoam - but packaged very securely. Should last for decades if used as intended. Great pizza peel for the Roccbox.
