The high-quality pipe bending machine MSW-TRM-100 from MSW's hand tools assortment is the ideal tool for manually bending square pipes. The pipe bending machine is an indispensable aid for producing special workpieces with large bends in your everyday work.
Professional metal bending machines from MSW's professional tools collection
To change the bending angle between 0 and 360°, turn the height-adjustable middle working roller up or down over the threaded rod of the pipe bender. The two outer rollers are firmly fixed as counterpoles. The pipe bending tool can quickly and precisely process square pipes measuring from 19 mm (3/4") to 38 mm (1 1/2").
The long hand crank gives this robust pipe bending tool optimal force transfer. As soon as you've placed the pipe between the three rollers, crank in one direction. If the workpiece does not yet have the desired curvature, simply readjust the hand press and crank back in the other direction. Repeat this process until you've reached the desired bend angle.
Whether for installations, in the factory, in heating systems or at home, you can use the carbon steel pipe bender to bend tubes to the required shape in no time at all. This is done with such gentle pressure that the workpieces are not damaged or broken. You can achieve additional safety by fixing the pipe roll bender to a workbench or suitably stable surface using the predrilled mounting hole with 14 mm diameter.

Fast delivery in a wooden box. Although I did not expect it, it is a machine with a robust body made of sheet steel approx. 20 mm thick. The castors are equally robust with ball bearings. Press roller fixed on a fairly thick threaded spindle to help bend a 35x35x1.5 square profile.

The bending machine does what it's supposed to do. Am satisfied. Price completely ok.

Very good and strong bender at a reasonable price. However, large profiles are not easy to bend. In order to be able to bend small radii, I placed the lower rollers closer together (drilled two new 20 mm holes). The corrugation on the drive roller disappears quickly.
