The pipe bending machine MSW-TRB-100 from MSW's hand tools assortment is the ideal tool for manually bending round pipes. The pipe bending machine is an indispensable aid for producing special workpieces with large bends in your everyday work.

The distances between the outer counter-rollers and the middle work roll, the centre of curvature, can be easily adjusted in five increments. This varies the bending radius of the pipe (outer diameter 38 mm). You can make an additional change in curvature by turning the middle roller downwards over the threaded rod.
The long hand crank gives this robust pipe bending tool optimal force transfer. As soon as you've placed the pipe between the three rollers, crank in one direction. If the workpiece does not yet have the desired curvature, simply readjust the hand press and crank back in the other direction. Repeat this process until you've reached the desired bend radius. This device can achieve a minimum radius of 66 cm and a maximum radius of 120 cm.
Whether for installations, in the factory, in heating systems or as a do-it-yourselfer, you can use the carbon steel pipe bender to bend tubes to the required shape in no time at all. This is done with such gentle pressure that the workpieces are not damaged or broken. You can achieve additional safety by fixing the pipe roll bender to a workbench using the predrilled mounting hole with 11 mm diameter.

This only works for 1.5 inches as is. To work on other dimensions, rollers are missing

Great bit of kit, but only comes with rollers for 38mm round tube. If you want to do square tube you will need different rollers that I have been unable to source.

This only works for 1.5" as is. To work for other dimensions you need to make at least a driving roller. I made one for 12 mm and 25 mm in aluminum and now it works like a charm. The design is robust though.
