The fruit press from Wiesenfield's catering supplies is ideal if you want to juice large quantities of fruit with little effort. The manual juicer is suitable for apples, grapes, berries and other fruit. Thanks to its large capacity despite its small dimensions, the fruit press is the ideal solution both for the professional sector and for juice and wine production in private households.
A traditional fruit press in a modern stainless steel design
Traditionally made of wood and iron, the fruit basket of this fruit press is made of stainless steel for durability and hygiene. However, the way the fruit press works is the same as 100 years ago: Due to the spindle design, you can generate a very strong pressure with little effort to press the juice completely out of the fruit. With a capacity of 3 l, you can fill the fruit wine press with a large amount of fruit and juice it in one step. The base has a spout so that you can fill the fruit juice directly without any loss.
Thanks to the sturdy iron base - which has holes for screwing it to a solid surface for even more grip - you pull the lever powerfully and efficiently to extract the maximum amount of juice from the fruit you have filled it with. The manual juicer is also ideal for use outdoors or wherever a power connection is difficult to reach or not available at all.
Note: For ideal results, use an appropriately sized pressing cloth. 5 matching cloths are already included in the delivery. For effortless chopping of the fruit before pressing, we recommend the fruit mills from our range.

Presses the fruit effectively if it is finely grated or crushed. Needs to be fastened. Otherwise, it is not possible to screw on the press handle without everything rotating. Tendency to flow backwards along the outside of the pipe when the flow is low...

The squeezing of the apples was not successful at all. The crank is heavy and the pressure plate is flimsy. I ran out of energy before I got a drop of juice. Terrible customer service, chat only with robots. Returning the product and getting the money back seems desirable.

No, the fruit must be crushed before pressing. This can be done efficiently with the fruit crushers from Wiesenfield (10011493 or 10011499).
How do I clean the press?
It is best to clean the fruit press directly after use with water and a soft cloth.
Are the press cloths washable?
Yes, you can wash the press cloths by hand or in the washing machine with a programme under 30 °C. Reuse 10 to 20 times.
