Great product. Really pleased, surprised even, with the sturdiness of the crusher. Will fly through a large volume of fruit or veg really quickly.

Product Description

The manual fruit crusher for homemade juices

Chop large quantities of fruit and prepare them for juicing with little effort with the manual fruit crusher RCWP-7CR from Wiesenfield's catering equipment collection. The specialised grinder keeps the small pieces particularly juicy and at the optimal size for further processing. You will find a selection of the fruit presses you'll need in the category "Commercial Kitchen Equipment" in our shop.

Ideal for fruit from your own garden: Quick to assemble and easy to clean

The apple scratter can be assembled in just a few steps and has an especially high filling capacity of 7 L, despite its compact size. Thanks to the 33.5 x 30.5 cm hopper, you can process large quantities of apples, pears or other types of fruit in just a few steps. Most types of fruits don't even need to be de-seeded, although you should pit peaches, cherries, nectarines, apricots, plums, mirabelles and similar fruits beforehand. Large fruits should be cut into halves or quarters, while smaller fruit can be ground whole.
The especially large and ergonomic handle enables you to operate the fruit mill with minimum effort during processing. The feet are coated in plastic to protect the work surface and ensure the stability of the apple crusher. Thanks to the manual operation, the fruit mill is also ideal wherever electricity is difficult to access or not available at all. The fruit crusher is designed with longevity in mind. The robust iron, aluminium and stainless steel construction guarantees many years of use. The solid aluminium grinding mechanism is also designed for efficiency and creates an optimal and juicy consistency of the chopped ingredients.

Bought this to crush apples for cider makingAs long as you cut the apples into quarters they crush down into fine enough pieces to press for juiceThis has sped up the process significantly

Slabota

Average processing, poor functionality. There are gaps between the knives, so every now and then the apple sits on top and the knives just tickle it in the half-eviscerated stomach. he can't handle the fruit properly, so the big apples just dance in the hopper. The axis of the handle is crooked and out of alignment, the blades rub against each other in the lower part. The resulting grit is quite coarse. I wonder how long the "bearings" will last.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to remove the seeds from the fruit before processing it?

No, with this fruit crusher you can even process fruits with seeds; however, stone fruits such as peaches, cherries, nectarines, apricots, plums, mirabelles and similar fruits should be pitted beforehand.
