If you need to weigh animals swiftly and safely, TEM's calibrated animal scale is perfect choice. With its capacity of 1500 kg and accuracies of 500 g (0 - 1500 kg), it is perfectly suited as a scale in breeding facilities, veterinary practices, or agricultural enterprises.
The flexible livestock scale from TEM
The 110 x 220 cm large weighing surface made of easy-care steel provides ample space for larger objects or animals. Open the grid from two sides to guide the animal onto the animal scale. The closed fencing prevents the animal from dismounting during the weighing process. Its sleek design ensures that the sheep scale does not take up any more space than necessary and makes it easier to load heavy weights. An integrated animal mode compensates for the natural movement of the animals on the veterinary scale.
The calibrated cattle scale by TEM offers a measurement range of 1500 kg with a maximum deviation of 500 g, making it suitable for large animals such as horses or cows. The measured values are displayed on a easy-to-read LCD screen with backlighting. Through the functions of taring, zeroing, and resetting, all relevant measuring operations can be optimally managed. Thanks to the built-in rechargeable battery, you can use the livestock scale as a mobile device in a barn or at a livestock auction. It also has an incredible battery life of up to 100 hours. A status indicator warns you long before the battery is depleted.
The veterinary scale from TEM complies with the regulations for trade. This is confirmed by the quality mark M on a green background. It is delivered already calibrated and certified. This first certification is valid for the first two years of use, after which the calibration should be recertified by an authorised person according to national regulations. Only then will the scale receive the sticker of official calibration. After two years, the scale can be recertified by the certification authorities. You will also receive a declaration of conformity which you should keep with the scale.
Note: Due to legal requirements, delivery of the scales to Switzerland is not possible.
