The soup station has four round pots with a capacity of 4 x 7 l and matching lids. You can set the desired temperature between 30 - 110 °C using four rotary controls on the base of the food warmer. Thanks to the high temperature range, the appliance is also perfect for fondues or melting chocolate. The bain marie works reliably with a power of 2000 W. Particularly practical: The stainless steel food warmer works as a closed system and does not need to be filled with water, as is usually the case with bain maries.
