The total high volume of 10 l and the simple operation make the soft ice cream machine suitable for busy bars, ice cream parlours, cafés and festivals. The machine requires a cooling period of 16 minutes before the first 6 servings of ice cream can be dispensed. Subsequently, the cooling process only takes 4 minutes.
