The effective immersion circulator for low-temperature cooking

The energy-efficient sous-vide immersion circulator quickly reaches the desired temperature thanks to the 2,300 W heating element. This can be set to within a range of 5 to 95 °C to an accuracy of 0.1 °C. The built-in digital thermostat guarantees a constant temperature during the cooking process. Thanks to the wide range of settings, the cooker can be used for preparing a wide variety of foodstuffs.
The thermal immersion circulator is especially well-suited for commercial use in restaurants, bistros or hotel kitchens thanks to its large working capacity of up to 80 L. It is equipped with an intuitive touchpad with LCD display. The timer can be set to the minute for up to 99 h.
The housing of the immersion cooker is made of high-quality and durable stainless steel. This material has excellent physical properties and is particularly resistant to contamination, which is further enhanced by the smooth surface of the cooker. This makes the immersion circulator very easy to clean.

Perfect all-metal sous-vide. We also tried the 80 l pot and the water swirls beautifully and holds the temperature perfectly without deviation. A lot of music for little money.
