The powerful dehydrator from Royal Catering makes it possible to produce healthy, dried delicacies in your restaurant, bar or even at home. The removal of water during the drying process ensures that fruits, vegetables and herbs, as well as fish and meat, can be preserved and enjoyed for much longer.
Beef jerky or dried vegetable slices?
With a power of 500 W, the heating element of the dehydrator reaches the desired temperature for the dehydration process as quickly as possible and keeps it constant thanks to the temperature control system. Set the temperature range of the dehydrator from 30 - 90 °C.
The temperature and the timer are set intuitively and in a user-friendly way via rotary controls on the top of the appliance. The controllers can be used to check and control the drying process within a period of 0,5 - 24 h.
In the large dehydration chamber, the 6 removable stainless steel drying shelves provide enough space to dehydrate a large amount of food at the same time. The heat from the drying chamber is evenly distributed inside the dehydrator. The stainless steel dehydrator is therefore also suitable for refreshing food.
The chamber - like the housing and the inserts - is made of stainless steel and is therefore very easy to clean and extremely durable. The tempered glass front allows a view of the drying process at any time without opening the door.

I appreciate live food and quality, the dryer has served its purpose in that. Cooking has become more creative, versatile and nutritious. The sound is quiet and the dryer fulfills small needs and hardly takes up any unnecessary space. I am satisfied and grateful in these respects🙏

I've only used dehydrator once. I followed instructions about turning fruit after 2 hours to prevent sticking onto the mesh but it still stuck which meant it took bit more cleaning afterwards. I bought it partly due to it being stainless steel and lower energy output. Looks smart and clean on the worktop. Too soon to say how efficient it is. I was satisfied with Expondo as a seller, kept me informed of delivery and it actually turned up a day early. I'd use them again. I contacted customer service about the warranty and they answered my question, so all good.Nice to be able to speak to a real person and get a straight answer!
