The powerful dehydrator from Royal Catering enables the quick and consistent production of healthy, dried delicacies. With an output of 800 W, the heating element quickly reaches the desired temperature between 20 and 90 °C. Set the timer between 30 min to 24 hours and leave the rest to the dehydrator. For best results, refer to the front panel guide with temperatures and times for different ingredients. You adjust all settings easily and intuitively using the dials on the top of the device.
Spacious dehydrator for beef jerky or dried vegetable slices
In the spacious drying chamber, the 12 removable stainless steel trays provide ample space for drying large quantities of food. Silicone mats keep the drying products from clinging to the trays. A fan distributes the heat evenly inside the drying chamber. This makes the dehydrator ideal for reviving food. Dries precisely and reliably. I like the robust and overall high-quality construction. In one or two places (e.g. the buckles for locking the door or the door handle) the edges are cut so precisely that I have to go over them quickly with fine sandpaper. The set temperature is reached quickly and, from what I've observed, is kept constant. So far I've dried around 15-20 kg of apples. I'm excited to see how the mint turns out.

Very good device. I even dried for 24 hours on maximum without problems and the fruits dried well at 24 hours and very well at 26 hours. recommend

Very good equipment. It dries brilliantly, thanks to the 12 trays you can dry a really large amount of fruit or mushrooms at once. Temperature control on the panel every 5 degrees C, for some a plus, for some a minus. It is quiet although sometimes it "buzzes". It heats up quickly and the fans distribute the temperature nicely throughout the device. The fruit at the front is just as dried as those at the back. Very good quality, easy to keep clean, little sticks to the trays, easy to clean. Fast delivery and the product very well packed.
