The casing of the waffle iron is made of robust and durable stainless steel and has two upper and two lower baking plates made of stainless steel. Both plates are electrically heated with 2,600 watts and allow for an efficient preparation of two large or eight small round 19 mm thick waffles at a time in the waffle maker.
The waffles can be easily removed from the baking plates. The structure conjures up the typical pattern of Belgian waffles. The integrated overflow protection on the plates prevents excess dough from soiling the wafer maker and facilitates subsequent cleaning.
The automatic thermostat allows you to set the right temperature separately. The integrated automatic takes care of everything else. Depending on the desired degree of browning, a temperature between 50 to 300 ° C can be set. The baking time can be set between 1 - 5 min with the timer function. You always have complete control over the preparation time of the waffles.

Solid well made piece of equipment, looks professional too. I have only used it a few times so far but it seems to make the waffles well. Heats up quickly, waffles take about 2-3 minutes to cook. So far impressed.

Very good tool and work machine, they use it a lot in the company where I am, we have different restaurants and one of them is Michelin.
