The patty maker is designed for professional use in the gastronomy sector and can be easily integrated into any production chain, thereby making it the ideal addition to your catering supplies.
Manually shaping your burger patties is a thing of the past - this device is not only easy to use, but it also makes working in the kitchen as effective as possible! Create juicy burger patties from minced meat, fish or vegetables with our burger press!
You first add the desired ingredients into the container, which will then press them into a burger patty. Due to the device's precise shape with a diameter of 150 mm, you will always obtain uniform burger patties with a filling quantity of 200 g.
The case is made of anodized aluminum. Additionally, the film holder and the container are both made of sturdy stainless steel. Thanks to the elaborate design and high-quality worksmanship, the device remains remarkably durable, even in case of intensive use.
When preparing burger patties, separation papers with a diameter of 150 mm are used. The film holder not only stores these carefully, but it is also placed in such a way so as to make working faster and more efficient. The wax films ensure that the burger patties do not come into direct contact with any hands or the device, thereby making the preparation process very hygienic.
This professional device is operated manually via a simple lever mechanism. By raising the non-slip, PVC jacketed main lever, the clamping head is removed from the container, enabling it to be filled. Lowering the lever lowers the claming head back, forming a perfect patty.

Finally, a hamburger machine in the size I needed, 15 cm, is difficult to find. It presses very well, the machine is stable and the hamburger is pressed evenly. The material is stainless steel so for me who use it in a professional kitchen it is perfect. Sturdy, stable and above all it reduces the time I used to spend with manual moulds. Highly recommended

Absolutely high quality and workmanship! The patties can be pressed very easily and without having to use any force! It is very easy to clean, which can be done in 2 minutes. Of course the price isn't exactly cheap, but the machine weighs 6.2 kilograms and is also made of stainless steel/steel and aluminum and doesn't look cheap at all! According to the enclosed documents, it is made in Poland and is also shipped from there. This type of burger press is also available in 130 mm for just 99 euros. But exactly these 2 cm diameter were important! Because the fried patties are at least as big as the rolls and in all other sizes they are smaller. I ordered them directly from the manufacturer and paid via Amazon Pay and so they were 20 euros cheaper (135 euros). If you think that you If you need something like that then I can only give one percent purchase recommendation!!
