Pellet Cooler - 250 to 300 kg/h - 1500 W - 400 V

Pellet machines deliver freshly pressed, heated pellets. The pellet conditioner cools them down, making pellets ready for storage or further processing. With a capacity of 250 - 300 kg/h, the machine swiftly cools large quantities to 5°C above room temperature. Additionally, the pellet cooler separates pellets from dust and particles smaller than 4 mm in diameter. The result is hardened, cool and clean pellets ideally prepared for further processing.

The pellet cooler is made up of two separate units. The cooling unit features a unique sliding valve and an effective emptying unit that ensures a smooth processing process. Enclosed in a robust, sound-reducing steel cover, a perforated steel drum turns at 1400 rpm. This lowers the temperature of the pellets in the cooler within 1 minute. The suction system directs dust and other remnants into the second unit for collection. This not only gives you clean pellets, but also allows you to reuse the collected residue. Both devices are connected via two flexible hoses. To ensure safe operation, the pellet cooler is equipped with overheating protection and an emergency stop switch.
