With an output of 2.2 kW, the copper winding motor drives the grinder in the mill via V-belt, which reaches a rotational speed of 2800 rpm. Achieve a production quantity of up to 300 kg/h with the high-performance hammer mill. You feed the raw material into the grinder using an automatic suction hose. The ventilation system optimally guides ground material to the discharge chute, reducing dust during filling. Note that the amount depends on the type of grain or raw material and its moisture content. For best results, the humidity should not exceed 15%.

The centrifugal forces that act on the grist during crushing drive the grains against the outer sieve. The hole size of the sieve dictates how fine your ground material will be. Hole sizes of 2 and 3 mm are available for the hammer crusher. The finished ground material is carefully discharged through the chute.
