Plucker purchased to pluck mainly chickens but especially ducks that my old plucker did not do or did not do well. Very pleasantly surprised by the result, of course there are still some feathers at the wings and a little down but 90% of the work is done!!! For chickens and small poultry be careful not to leave them too long at the risk of damaging them and the skin coming off. Conclusion, for the price, more than satisfactory result, I do not regret my purchase.

Tried out the machine a few days after delivery. We let it “evaporate” a little straight out of the packaging; it already smelled. But it was gone after 24 hours. 8 ducks and 5 chickens had to go to "Siberia". The drum is already big, so the big chickens (Sundheimer) and even the warty ducks fit perfectly. We had one animal in at a time and they came out nice and clean, we only had to pluck very little. Cleaning was quick and easy. The feathers didn't come out of the shaft quite as readily, but they were also very wet and sticky. The wheels are very practical and the workmanship seems to be of high quality. We found it stupid that removing the protective film, especially around the outside of the knobs, was quite fiddly. But okay, you only have to do that once. Based on the initial assessment, the investment definitely seems to have been worth it. We hope it lasts for many years and continues to serve well.
Everything is ok, the squeegee works as it should.
Tried it for the first time last Saturday. Works perfectly on my chickens, test on ducks to follow; absolutely unsuitable for pigeons (very large breed); all extremities broken and very unsightly carcass. Before the first use, the machine emits a disgusting smell. The protective film is very difficult to remove.

very good brand with good quality of work
Unfortunately, unless the size corresponds to the dimensions of an average hen, wildfowl cannot be plucked in this machine, as they may be damaged.
