I had some doubts at the beginning but now after a week of use I can say that I am satisfied, the water is much less full of limescale and the installation was simple, the instruction booklet is simple and I highly recommend it

The previous model has been running perfectly for over a year now. The setup and connection are well described. But the operating instructions for adjusting the settings are a disaster. The instructions alone contain two different versions that differ from the video. So take your pick. A mixture of all three will work. But that doesn't change the fact that it works great. And it's amazing that the settings are retained even in the event of a power failure. All in all, the system is great for the price.

The water softener makes an acceptable impression. However, the operating instructions and technical support are useless to operate the device correctly. A pity!
