I ordered the device for my husband. He is very satisfied with it. You can sleep well every night using it. This was not always the case, because he has COPD. A perfect choice in terms of value for money. It was a good decision to buy it.
I used to have an O2 generator, but I could only use it at night by placing it in another room and using a flexible hose to transfer the oxygen through the wall. It was still somewhat noisy. In addition, the electricity consumption was extremely high (500W). It is true that its performance was greater, but it already exceeded my needs. So I have a basis for comparison. The new expondo device is significantly quieter, but it would still be difficult to stay in the same room with it at night, so I continued to use the previously installed system. (In other words, I piped the oxygen through the wall from another room.) The device officially produces 1-6 l/min of oxygen, but this is a bit misleading. The actual O2 produced is the same in all modes. As a result, the O2 concentration decreases. For example, at 1 l/min it is 90%, but at 6 l/min it is only 28%. This is probably what the constructors wanted to do to prevent an excessively high partial pressure of O2 that might be dangerous for the lungs. So there's no problem with that. Since I have suitable instruments for this, I measured the performance of the device (for both oxygen and flow) and it corresponds to the factory data. Electricity consumption as well. The design of the form and its size are acceptable to me and do not take up too much space. The water tank could be a little bigger. Of course, I only use the humidifier with distilled water. So, overall, I consider it a good purchase and by the time this review was written, it had already been in operation for 300 hours, mainly in night mode, with a nasal cannula. Excellent value for money.
