I complained about this hot tub for the first time after about a month of use. (two holes in the casing of the product.) Complaint acknowledged and a new hot tub sent. The second hot tub worked for about 40 days and started to leak air (after 8 hours the water started pouring out of the hot tub). So far, I have sent another complaint and I am waiting to see how expondo will comment on it. After this experience, I do not recommend buying an inflatable hot tub here!
I had trouble with the first one because the heat sensor was broken. Since it was still under warranty I got my money back (really good warranty service). Therefore, since I was very satisfied, I bought the same one again (following model). The good thing: It's bigger inside, you now have more space inside. The disadvantage: I had already bought a cup holder for the previous model that I could clip onto the wall. This no longer fits, but I would happily accept it for more space. Excellent!
