The quality of the product is really good. I tested the equipment at a temperature of 20 degrees and the water heated up to almost 40 degrees. I am satisfied with the purchase.

I bought this hot tub a year ago and in October it completely lost power after a painful experience getting hold of customer services I was told that they would pick up the product and then either fix it or send a new one. Which I though was fair so I agreed it took over six weeks to sort out then I received new product. Which worked ok for a while then the exact same thing happened with the new product it completely lost power. It’s taken me around 3 weeks to actually get in touch with expondo regarding this and I have explained that the same thing has happened and that I think this is a manufacturing problem with the product I requested a refund rather than an exchange as I didn’t want the same thing to happen again i was told I could not have a refund and that they would pick up the hot tub and look at it and either fix or exchange. I am very disappointed and unhappy with this service as when I purchased this product it was £650 and I feel like it was a waste of money. I have had to keep chasing round trying to contact customer services by email and trying by telephone although it is very hard to contact them. They still have not picked up the hot tub and I am waiting to see if they will be sending the new product anytime soon as going on the timescale last time summer will be over before it is delivered. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS PRODUCT. WASTE OF MONEY

Heats well and you can seat 6 people without problems, but the cleaning is insufficient and the filters wear out.
