With the additional degas, sweep and pulse functions, you can ensure premium results by individually setting the ultrasonic cleaner's cleaning processes. The degas function removes gases bound inside the cleaning solution which can limit the cleaning effect of the ultrasonic cleaning tank. The sweep function ensures a more effective distribution of the ultrasonic frequency and can increase the cleaning effect accordingly. The pulse function increases the wave frequency to 120 percent to shake loose even stubborn dirt. The memory quick function simplifies the operation of the industrial ultrasonic cleaner by enabling you to interrupt the cleaning process at any point or at preset times.

Using the digital control panel with large LED display, you can set the cleaning time to between 0 and 60 minutes or, for heavily soiled objects, you can choose the continuous operation option. The ultrasonic cleaner has a heat output of 220 watts and can be adjusted up to 80 °C for a precisely individualised cleaning process. With its two 160-watt transducers, the device produces an ultrasonic frequency of 37 kHz to thoroughly and effectively clean even the more inaccessible corners, including spaces where the human eye cannot detect impurities.

The ultrasonic cleaner PROCLEAN 4.0DSP includes a stainless steel 4-L tank, basket and lid. Thanks to its high-quality materials, the ultrasonic bath is not only stable but also very easy to clean.
