Extremely easy to set up and adjust (it was a discovery for me). Operation without surprises with a good cleaning product. The most we can regret is the absence of a drain valve on this entry-level model. Expondo is an efficient and correct company. My Royal Catering bean-to-cup coffee machine was purchased from Expondo and has been working satisfactorily for 4 years.
