Everywhere where product weights need to be checked quickly and clearly, the weighing scale by TEM is indispensable. It has been designed for a load of up to 15 kilograms and delivers accurate results that are easy to read on its large LCD screen. The digital table scale has already been calibrated and is thus approved for trade! The period of validity of the calibration is two years from the start of operation. The electronic kitchen scale complies with the regulations for trade. This is confirmed by the quality mark M. It is already calibrated at delivery. The calibration holds for two years after first use, but should again be certified by an authorised person, depending on national regulations. Only then does the scale receive its calibration sticker. After two years, the scale can be re-calibrated by the certification authorities. You will also receive a declaration of conformity, which you should keep with the scale. The scale also has a plaque indicating the year of its calibration. This is the basis for legally determining the weight for goods offered for sale.

The scale has a six-digit LCD display on the front, for quickly and clearly seeing the measured weight. You can even work in dark environments because of the backlight of the display. Even when the view is bad, the 20 mm digits are easy to read.

The electronic scale has various practical functions. You can choose between two modes for weighing. With W1, you should weigh between 40 g and 6 kg, the precision is at 2 g. With W2, you should weigh between 100 g and 15 kg, the precision is at 5 g. You can also choose among the functions Save, Add, Tare and Zero. The operation with a five-button key block is very simple. With other buttons, you can also use the Memory function.

In addition, the foiled keyboard is water and grease resistant. The scale always has a secure and non-slip stand due to its sturdy rubber feet. They also protect any work surface from scratches.

The integrated 6 V 4.5 Ah battery enables an operation of the table scale of up to 100 hours. Even while charging the scale, you can still use it. It also has an energy-save mode which saves power and preserves the battery. A signal light announces when the battery needs to be charged.

When designing the scale, great emphasis was placed on a compact design. The stainless steel weighing surface has a dimension of 23 X 30 cm, ideal for all customary wares. The small overall dimensions, as well as the low weight of the device make for an easy storage and transportation. The casing is made from durable plastic.

The pre-set table scale has a standard RS232 connection. With this serial interface connection, you can easily connect the scale to a cash register or a PC. Different communication protocols are available for data transfer, such as Dialog 06, TEM, TISA and DELTA.
