The tabletop centrifuge SBS-LZ-5000LS from Steinberg is an ideal addition to your lab equipment. The electric tabletop centrifuge is a helpful piece of scientific equipment and can be used in industrial laboratories, research centres and educational institutions such as schools and universities.

The electric drive of the compact centrifuge has an output of 500 W. With the help of the maintenance-free motor, the drive can process four tubes of 250 ml each at the same time. The speed can be regulated between 300 and 4000 rpm via a microprocessor and generates a maximum relative centrifugal acceleration of 4730 xg. This makes the laboratory centrifuge very adaptable and allows you to choose the best rotation speed for a specific sample: The adjustable speed generates the right centrifugal force and the solid particles are separated from the liquid, which can then be easily decanted. Ten preset speeds make operation easy and the cover with alarm function protects samples from contamination – apart from the alarm, the electric centrifuge works quietly and smoothly. In addition, the device is equipped with protection against excessive speeds and imbalances.

Thanks to its lightweight and compact design, the lab centrifuge is not only easy to transport, but also saves space in narrow work areas. The unit is equipped with a switch-off timer, which can be set between 0 and 99 minutes. Save yourself unnecessary waiting times by simply determining when the centrifugation should end automatically. For centrifugation times over 99 min, continuous operation is provided. All values are clearly displayed on the digital display and can be set using the sterilisable control panel.
