I have not read the manual and nothing about how to use it. I usually do this, but when you see that the strip glued to it (the buttons are part of that strip) comes off, that it's actually in the air, you don't want to know much more. I would probably return it if it was taken from the country (Romania). Functionally, however, it is according to the description: precise, sufficiently responsive, and the position of the load on the plate does not change the indication in any way. I appreciate this. I haven't used the advanced functions yet, nor have I tested it for the entire measuring range. Its destination is a kitchen scale. Steiberg, manufactured in 2023, made in Poland. Everything would be fine, except for the failure to fix the few buttons on a case. This simple task seems to be beyond the limits of what is possible for the Polish factory. However, the disastrous combination seems to be perfect for those who check the quality standard. There is little to say here. I will probably try to redo the job somehow, with a double-adhesive tape. If you somehow think to say that it sat in the sun, in the heat or in the cold, it is not the case. I noticed this immediately, when I first opened it, and the kitchen is neither wet nor dry, nor direct sunlight, nor frost. The plate is made of stainless steel, removable (actually simply supported) which makes it easy to clean. If we go beyond the image of the buttons that are about to come off, the impression is of solidity, of... almost trust. The slightly old fashion look is largely responsible for this. The final impression is positive, but not enthusiastic. A mix between the recognition of the solid construction and the disappointment of the failure in a trivial area, fixing a few buttons. I could easily overlook this, but the price paid for an aproximatix bundled product does not allow me to. Relatively fast shipping, access to this product coming from another country are also positive things.
