The scale is good value for money. You have to disconnect the plug yourself to then put it through the tube. We had ordered two scales, one arrived broken, after waiting two weeks we received a response that the problem would be solved. Response takes a while but problems are solved.

The scale works well. It works fast and the screen stays on, even when we want to get something from the warehouse. So very handy, because our old scale automatically turned off after about three minutes.
