The flexible and efficient crane magnet from Steinberg Systems
The permanent magnetic lifter is equipped with a high-energy neodymium magnet. This permanent magnet is considered the most powerful in the world. This allows it to lift ferromagnetic loads such as steel beams or car engines up to 600 kg easily. In contrast to forklifts or gripper arms, magnetic transport protects the surface of the workpiece. The magnetic lifter exerts its full magnetic attraction on thin iron workpieces from 5 mm upwards.
The lifting magnet is particularly impressive due to its quick and easy handling. The compact and lightweight device just has to be positioned centrally on the workpiece. The magnet is then activated by turning the lever. The lifting capacity is generated without the supply of electricity.
The industrial lifting magnet can transport workpieces of various shapes: In addition to common flat materials, round workpieces such as metal pipes, steel supports or solid ferromagnetic cylinders can be lifted without any problems. Uneven surfaces or dirt can reduce the lifting capacity.
