This is ensured by the SBS-LI-18 laboratory incubator from Steinberg Systems. With the optimal temperature control and a robust casing, it is a reliable aid in every laboratory in pharmacy, medicine, food analysis or research, which can be used easily and effectively.

The cell culture incubator ensures optimal conditions for the load using PID programs that can be set via the touch panel and checked on the LED display. It offers functions such as time and temperature setting, over-temperature protection, timer and automatic switch-off. The temperature controller precisely maintains the set temperature between 5 - 70 °C in the set time of 0 - 9999 min, with the lowest temperature never falling below room temperature. This is continuously checked by sensors and automatically corrected in the event of deviations. As a result, the Laboratory Incubator maintains temperatures with an accuracy of ± 2 °C.
The door to the spacious interior is hermetically sealed with a silicone rubber seal and thus ensures minimal temperature loss during the incubation of cultures or bacteria. The tempered glass window is just as heat-resistant and you can keep an eye on the interior.
The interior is made of stainless steel and is therefore extremely easy to care for and insensitive to corrosion or other environmental influences. With a capacity of 18 L, the cell culture incubator is very compact and can be used in tight spaces. Because of the height-adjustable inserts, the interior can be used optimally and adapted to different samples or cultures.
The casing is made of sturdy, rolled steel with an electrostatic coating, which makes the outer shell extremely durable. As a result, the lab incubator can withstand heavy loads and can be cleaned effortlessly.

I tested the Steinberg Systems laboratory incubator and was impressed. It maintains the precise temperature between 5°C and 70°C, essential for cell cultures and microorganisms. The touch panel and LED display make it easy to use, and the overheating protection and automatic shutdown functions ensure safety. The construction is robust: silicone rubber-sealed door and tempered glass window keep heat in, while the stainless steel interior is easy to clean and corrosion resistant. A very good incubator for the needs of a small to medium laboratory. The interior space seems small, but it is layered with stainless steel trays and thus a very good storage volume is obtained. The best price for this category

We have been using the cabinet for about 6 months, but so far it has not been used continuously. The cabinet works reliably, maintains the temperature and appears to be of high quality. We use the cabinet to cultivate microorganisms in a laboratory, and so far the cabinet has served this purpose perfectly. The cabinet is relatively small, but it is really cheap when compared to other laboratory incubators. We initially thought about an incubator for reptile breeding in order to repurpose such a device for laboratory use - such devices are available for around €180. However, we needed relatively high temperatures for the incubation of bioindicator tests (Geobacillus stearothermophilus test ampoules, which after autoclaving have to be incubated at 60°C +/.-2°C) in order to check our sterilization devices to see whether they really kill the microorganisms . These tests also require a fairly low temperature fluctuation, which is why we decided to use a professional incubator. We don't regret the purchase and are happy about this bargain!
