somehow the tare function is bad, every time the scale is started it tare automatically. when the carcass of the forerunner hangs, the automatic shutdown just turns off and then it resets, you have to remove the carcass if you want a real screen. could be user error but ....

The device arrived properly. There was a rattling sound inside and I had to open it. There was a loose metal cotter pin, probably intended for securing the screw of the shackle. While moving inside the device, the cog could have caused a short circuit and permanent damage. Carelessness?

The truth is that we already had one, it fell and the display stopped working. Since we liked it, we decided to buy another one from the same house. Well, the box arrives to me without a seal, without a carrier or manufacturer's bag, the box as if it had been used for a year. It's truly a miracle that the product arrived in the box. The dynamometer as if it had been used previously. I have not returned it because we needed it and we have seen that it works. But the truth is that the image has been very poor for the quality that the product seems to have.

The first impression after unpacking is ambivalent. At first expondo GmbH delivered the scale in the small original box, which was unsuitable for shipping and therefore broke. Then the scale is much lighter than it looks, so it was very light material used. I don't think that makes sense in this application. The battery compartment screw is a bad joke. You cannot secure a screw that is often used and is intended to securely and watertight an important compartment with a screw of such poor quality. We already know that the battery poles will oxidize quickly. We will hang the scales in a cold room and find out whether the quality is sufficient for this case or whether we have made false savings.
