Product Description

Rutile cellulose coated welding rods with excellent welding properties

Are you looking for arc welding electrodes? With the rutile cellulose coated stick electrodes from Stamos Welding Group you can weld pipes, pressure vessels or car bodies effectively. They can also be used for shipbuilding steel or in general production, the carbon-manganese electrodes show excellent properties with evenly corrugated weld seams. The welding rods have the dimensions Ø 3.2 x 350 mm, you get them in the 5 kg packaging size.

The welding electrodes for every type of current

With the welding electrodes you can generate a very stable arc with few spatters during welding. Any slag that arises can be removed particularly easily with little cleaning effort. You can use the stick electrodes in any welding position, be it for vertical seams or overhead positions. The weld metal of the rutile cellulose coated stick electrode is impressive with its radiographic quality. It is preferable to use the universal current electrode on the negative pole, but you can also use it on the positive pole with the direct current (DC). Alternatively, you can also weld with an alternating current (AC) without any problems.
