Product Description

3-piece set welding electrodes for stainless steels

With the stick electrodes from the Stamos Welding Group you are ideally positioned if you want to weld stainless steels. The austenitic, stainless 19/10 welding rods with controlled ferrite content and normal carbon content are ideal for the manufacture or maintenance of catering and hospital equipment, for pharmaceutical devices or similar areas in which corrosion resistance is important. The electrodes measure 2.5 x 300 mm and come in a pack size of 3 x 5 kg.

The corrosion-resistant welding electrode with a rutile-acid coating

Insert the welding electrodes on the positive pole with direct current (DC +). Welding with alternating current (AC) is also possible. The electrodes with a rutile-acid coating consist of an austenitic CrNiMo alloy. You can use them for steels AISI 301, 302, 304 and 308. The weld seams exhibit radiographic quality and demonstrate high resistance to corrosion, pitting corrosion, and elevated temperatures up to 800 °C.
