The Soldering Station S-LS-4 by Stamos Soldering is easy to operate and offers highest comfort when soldering. This professional soldering station was conceived especially for repairs in industry and manufacture or for hobby electricians. Thanks to the compact design and an ergonomic carrying handle it is space saving and mobile. Of course all soldering stations by Stamos Soldering are secured against ESD.
The soldering station’s base functions as a power supply unit and offers all desired functions and connections. Additionally the soldering station is equipped with an excellent LED display for exact indication of the hot air guns temperature. Thanks to the integrated voltmeter you can instantly check your soldered areas.
Moreover the Soldering Station S-LS-4 is equipped with a side rack for holding the hot air gun as well as a rack for the soldering iron with a dry sponge.
The 650 watt hot air gun is suited for soldering as well as desoldering surface mounted devices (SMD) with the hot air technique. The integrated heating element guarantees efficient heat transfer. The regulation of the hot air amount is done directly on the handpiece and can be easily controlled via the display.
In addition to the base and the soldering irons you also receive following accessories: a magnifying lamp for soldering work, 9 soldering tips, 3 hot air nozzles, a pair of soldering tweezers for handling hot parts, desoldering braid to remove solder joints as well as an IC popper.

This is one of those purchases that immediately makes you think, why did I wait so long to afford this? The soldering iron with interchangeable tips is sooo much more powerful and faster than my 40W Weller, which is a few years old - it's laughable. I actually ordered the hot air part because I thought it would make desoldering quicker. If I had known how powerful the soldering iron was, I would have saved myself the trouble.

I have just received a letter telling me that you have a 3-year guarantee on this product that I purchased from you on March 20, 2016, Amazon purchase. this device has worked very well until now but has just broken down how can I get it repaired you can see that I bought another soldering station but I would like to be able to have this one repaired because I I am very useful in my job as a naval modeler. Great soldering station, ideal for unsoldering and soldering in SMD. Shrinking shrink tubing also works great. The included magnifying glass isn't that great, any dirty glasses see better, so only 4.

Package received quickly. The soldering station is very practical, the nice accessories, it does a good job. However, the magnifying lamp arrived broken and does not work. It's a shame because it seems very practical to me. The packaging is however well done (except perhaps for the lamp). I am waiting for the seller's response. A+
