The inert gas welding machine is supplemented by a welding cart, which will make it much easier for you to transport the machine, as well as the gas cylinder (not included) for TIG welding. There is also a set of spare parts so you can replace wear parts such as ceramic nozzles or clamping sleeves anytime. A main focus during welding should always be on the protective clothing, so this set contains a welding helmet, matching screens, welding gloves and a welding hood. The welding set comes with a welding screen to help protect your surroundings.

With a welding current from 10 to 220 A, the S-ALU 220 can be used for either TIG or MMA welding, depending on the type of metal and your welding conditions. This welder is also perfect for welding even thin metal sheets.

The control panel is clearly arranged and is easy to use while wearing welding gloves. Five toggle switches allow you to directly choose the basic welding functions (TIG, MMA, AC, DC, 2T, 4T, Pulse, On, Off). You can set the required levels for power, pulse frequency, pulse width, gas post flow time and clean width using the 8 continuous control knobs. The large LED display lets you keep an eye on the current amperage.

This welder gives you the option of welding with either AC or DC TIG, so you can work with either direct or alternating current, depending on the metal. Alternating current (AC) is suited for light metals such as aluminium or titanium. Direct current (DC) can be used for welding more robust metals such as steel, stainless steel, copper or brass.

For TIG welding, simply select the pulse frequency on the control panel, which will enable you to precisely weld thin sheets, among other things. You can set various parameters including pulse frequency and initial, base or end current using the control knob.

No additional gas is required for MMA (Manual Metal Arc) welding, enabling it to be used outdoors even in strong wind. The MMA welding clamp can grasp even large electrodes with a diameter of up to 4 mm. With the MMA welding method, you can weld materials such as steel, iron, cast iron, nickel or copper from 1.5 to 8 mm thick.

The welding cart included in the set not only has space on three levels for your professional welding machine, but also for all the accessories you need for welding. There is a space on the end of the cart for a gas cylinder, which you can secure there on a bracket and with the help of two steel chains. The two large rear wheels and the manoeuvrable front wheels make the trolley highly mobile, while the handle makes it easy to steer. Additionally you will receive as initial accessories for the ALU TIG welding device three ceramic nozzles (5, 6, 7 mm) and three clamping sleeves (2 / 2.4 / 3.2 mm), which you can immediately store on one of the shelves.
