The TIG welder S-WIGMA 200P from Stamos Germany provides precise welding results thanks to the pulse function. This device also offers the option of using the flexible MMA welding technique, for which you don't require additional shielding gas. The set includes matching accessories that meet your high expectations—naturally also from Stamos Germany, the outfitter for welding professionals.

The inert gas welding machine is supplemented by a welding cart, which will make it much easier for you to transport the machine, as well as the gas cylinder (not included) for TIG welding. There is also a set of spare parts so you can replace wear parts such as ceramic nozzles or clamping sleeves anytime. A main focus during welding should always be on the protective clothing, so this set contains a welding helmet, matching screens, welding gloves and a welding hood. The welding set comes with a welding screen to help protect your surroundings.

With a welding current from 5 to 200 A, the S-WIGMA 200P can be used for either TIG or MMA welding, depending on the type of metal and your welding conditions. The welding machine has a duty cycle of 60 %. The TIG welding machine welds using direct current (DC) and can be used for welding more robust metals such as steel, stainless steel, copper or brass.

The control panel is clearly arranged and is easy to use while wearing welding gloves. Three toggle switches allow you to directly choose the basic welding functions (TIG, MMA, Pulse, On, Off). You can set the required levels for current, pulse frequency and gas post flow time using the four continuous control knobs.

For TIG welding, simply select the pulse frequency on the control panel, which will enable you to precisely weld thin sheets, among other things. Depending on the model, you can use the dials to select and set the parameters pulse frequency, base current, peak current and decreasing the current as the arc goes out (down slope).

No additional gas is required for MMA (Manual Metal Arc) welding, enabling it to be used outdoors even in strong wind. The hot-start function on the electrode welder ensures an automatic and short-term increase of the welding current at the start of the welding process. This creates a clean, stable weld from the very first moment. The MMA welding clamp can grasp even large electrodes with a diameter of up to 4 mm. With the MMA welding method, you can weld materials such as steel, iron, cast iron, nickel or copper from 1.5 to 10 mm thick.

The welding cart included in the set not only has space on three levels for your professional welding machine, but also for all the accessories you need for welding. There is a space on the end of the cart for a gas cylinder, which you can secure there on a bracket and with the help of two steel chains. The two large rear wheels and the manoeuvrable front wheels make the trolley highly mobile, while the handle makes it easy to steer. Additionally you will receive as initial accessories for the TIG welding device three ceramic nozzles (5, 6, 7 mm) and three clamping sleeves (2 / 2.4 / 3.2 mm), which you can immediately store on one of the shelves.

Safety comes first when welding, which is why a welding helmet is indispensable to protect yourself from bright light, but as well as from welding spatter. The set includes the Blaster welding helmet from the Advanced series, which is very lightweight at approx. 500 g and can be adjusted to any head shape. The automatic welding helmet offers a light protection of DIN 9 - 13 and has an impressive reaction time of 1/30,000 seconds. To ensure that you always have a full view during welding, the welding helmet comes with ten matching inner screens.
