Product Description
Use the spot welder to fasten threads and other studs quickly and effectively
Threads and other connecting pieces present a challenge in metalworking due to the high levels of stress they experience. The S-STUD2500 stud welding machine, featuring a capacitor capacity of 108,000 µF and 2500 J of energy storage, excels at welding hard metals. Use the CD tip ignition to briefly melt the ignition tip of the stud and the workpiece. The arc is extinguished by pressure, firmly joining the two parts together. With this technique, you can weld up to 20 studs per minute. It is ideal for sheets starting at 0.5 mm thickness.
The stud welding machine impresses with its simple and precise handling.
The welding unit is simple to use and features clearly laid out displays. The voltage regulator, adjustable between 20 and 195 V, is accompanied by a large, modern LED display. Located above are three status indicators (charging, operational, welding). The welding range accommodates threaded studs or cylindrical pins ranging from M3 to M10 and up to 40 mm in length. A dedicated chuck is available for each size (except M7). The pressure for welding is adjusted smoothly on the welding torch. The welding torch head features three cylindrical pins to ensure exact, vertical stud placement. The stepless voltage regulator features markings that allow you to choose the ideal voltage for various stud sizes. Two ground cables improve conductivity and increase protection against short circuits.

I bought Stamos Welding Machine - 2500 J - 108000 µF The delivery was in 4 days (Romania) The performance is as stated. I welded threaded screws from stainless steel and steel. Perfect welds. There is no alternative for this application. I recommend the device

Very good material, a straightening station which welds (perfectly) from m3 to m10 at this price, it's happiness. It costs 3000 euros for another brand and most often less powerful and stopping at m8. Thank you EXPONDO Small suggestion, it would be good if you sold the consumables.

The first gun was defective. I was helped quickly. Instructions are available on YouTube. Performance is as stated. I welded aluminum threaded bolts. Welding was perfect. There is no alternative for this application. Recommended purchase!

I have the 2500J version. After I tried it, I really liked it. The main problem with the product is that the user guide is sloppy, so those who are not familiar with stud welding will not be able to get by easily at the beginning. For the price/value ratio, this is the best device at the moment. Suggestion for development: the pistol has several sizes of spikes, currently there are long and short ones, it would be good if there were at least 5 different sizes. Of course, it can be turned, but it would be nice if it were in a package. The spike remover mini key is a joke, it got bent about the first time, so don't even put it in there :). Anyway, 5 stars, I've had it for 1.5 years and it's perfectly fine.

The welder met expectations on the first try, the scoring works well and the repeated strength test of the welded M8 stainless steel bolts turned out without reservations. Only the included metal key for tightening and loosening the tripod's spines was deformed already at the first use - materially at the level of a cube of butter (than that, it's better not to put anything in the package.)
