This way you can go back to easily and quickly splitting salad, beets or cucumbers of up to 8,5 cm in diameter into even 0,8 x 0,8 cm pegs. Naturally the spare blades are, just like the cutter itself, made from stainless steel and can be easily clean with cold water.
