At the end of March I bought from Expondo Granitor - 2 x 6 l - 450 W - from -20°C - for ice cream. Despite the slightly higher price, I decided to buy it from them because experience has taught me that in case of problems it is possible to return or replacing the device with another one. As luck would have it, that's exactly what happened. Immediately after paying for the shipment, Expondo sent me the equipment, which arrived immediately, very well packed, but unfortunately it had a breakdown after connecting it. It happens, as with any equipment. The company did a great job here, the professional hotline and friendly staff rose to the challenge and offered to exchange the device for a new Granator after sending it back, and that's what happened, I'm just waiting for the shipment, I can't wait for shakes and frozen drinks on these hot days, that I will be able to serve to my clients. Once again, I recommend the company for its professionalism and policy, which gives peace of mind to clients like us so that they do not stress out in similar cases, because it is handled immediately, reliably and to a high standard. I will definitely come back with more purchases. I will come back to share my opinion after trying the equipment that will be delivered to me soon.

We have now tested the machine several times and everything works perfectly. The programs are well preset and can be fine-tuned. A different selection is also possible with tanks. Both tanks are controlled separately.

The machine is simply great. Already had one to try out. But these, easy to use, quickly prepare a slush and drink it. We would also have imagined that cleaning would be worse. We don't want to be without the slush machine anymore. Not just for the party, but in the heat we just want to use them in the office during the day.

Delivery was problem-free. The first commissioning too. Everything as desired. Can only recommend the machine.

Great product. I advise

Very good granita machine and pretty. For the moment I have only made lemon granitas and the result was impeccable with the granita program with 5 liters of product and in 50 minutes it was done. The noise of the machine is very correct and I did the cleaning program without problem. It comes with double the gaskets and 1 tube of grease. I'm going to try some ice cream sundaes soon and I'll make another comment later. For the moment I do not regret my purchase, we will see over time but I have confidence in the ROYAL CATERING equipment that I have already purchased years ago and which still works very well, panini grill, pizza oven.
