Whether a chunky Krakauer, a long Thuringian sausage or a thick pork sausage—with the high-quality sausage maker RCWV-10L from Royal Catering you can produce various types of sausage by hand thanks to the four filling tubes supplied. The 10 L sausage stuffer is a useful tool in restaurants, butchers shops, canteens and even in your home kitchen.

The sausage filling machine is made of hygienic stainless steel and is equipped with a high-quality gearbox with two speeds. This enables you to fill the sausages evenly with meat mixture at two speeds using the ergonomic hand crank. The crank, which lies close to the housing, ensures optimum power transmission and a more stable position than comparable products with a crank projecting far from the housing. A silicone seal prevents the filling from leaking out of the cylinder.
To fill the 21,5 cm cylinder with sausage meat, simply unlock it and take it out. The container can be filled by hand or directly from a meat grinder. Because the entire sausage maker is made of food-safe and long-lasting stainless steel, the cylinder and components are easy to clean. Depending on the filling and the desired thickness of the sausage, simply screw one of the 18 cm-long filling tubes measuring 16, 22, 32, or 38 mm in diameter onto the thread of the outlet. The handy union nut enables you to quickly replace the filling tubes and attach them to the bottom of the 27 cm-tall cylinder. The sausage stuffing machine's vertical construction also takes up very little space on your work surface.
