The cotton candy machine works very well and I am happy with it! When I received it, I only found it a pity that there was no clear manual included. This made it a bit difficult to get started right away. Fortunately, customer service helped me out very well; after a short message, they immediately sent a manual by email. With the instructions included, the machine was easy to operate, and the result is exactly as hoped. Great purchase and great service!

The machine is easy to use and very intuitive. Advantages: - Heats up quickly - Easy to wash the steel [not counting the globe - I would gladly pay extra for a glass one if it was available] However, the globe works a big plus in the field, the wind does not interfere with making cotton wool :) -Works great with wet and dry dyes - The wheels are well made and the locks are easy to move with the machine - The solution with easy detachment from the trolley allows for simple transport. Cons: - No recommended colored sugar dyes in the offer from the selling company - The globe is very easy to use scratch with sponges, even when using liquids dedicated to gastronomy I didn't notice anything else, the machine was standing for 2 events and it created a great atmosphere :)

This machine was a excellent buy for our family bar. It works well and is very easy to use. The silver tray un clips and fits in our dishwasher making it very easy to clean. This has been used at 2 parties already and is a very fun cheap dessert option. Even the adults loved the candy floss.

You can use specially flavoured sugar (coloured and in different flavours) or ordinary household sugar. The best choices would be granulated or coarse sugar. Both have a coarser texture and are less prone to being ejected from the machine.
