Nice article but customer service is unresponsive
The item arrived very quickly and seems to be of good quality. We tested it immediately with success, the popcorn is made very quickly and is very good. However, there is no real user manual and above all, the customer service does not respond to emails. Two fuses are delivered with the machine, but we do not know where and how to change them in the event of a breakdown. We are still waiting for this simple answer after 2 weeks... It's a shame.

It impresses not only with its attractive blue housing, but also with a heated and illuminated chamber, a stirring system and an automatic thermostat. The popcorn maker works with 1,600 W and reaches an operating temperature between 220 and 270 °C thanks to its high output and automatic thermostat. The high output also enables the machine to produce approx. 16 L of popcorn per hour (approx. 5 to 6 kg/h). The pot's non-stick coating keeps the popcorn from baking onto the kettle and burning. The pot is 18.5 cm in diameter and can be removed to facilitate cleaning.
The popcorn machine is mainly made of high-quality stainless steel and can therefore be easily cleaned and is effectively protected against corrosion. The windows are made of tempered glass. In the event of an accident, it will crumble into small pieces instead of splintering into shards, thereby preventing serious injury. The glass panes and the illuminated interior also allow you to keep an eye on popcorn production.
The front doors are easy to open and close thanks to their magnetic catches. The serving flap attached to the doors ensures that the popcorn can be easily scooped and served. The perforations in the bottom plate ensure that unpopped kernels, crumbs and excess oil fall into the collecting drawer underneath. The drawer is removable, which makes it easy to clean. Four non-slip rubber feet ensure stability and protect the work surface from scratches.
As a special highlight, you will receive the appropriate basic equipment for free when you purchase the popcorn machine. The practical scoop is ideal for serving. The measuring cup can be used for exact measurement of oil, sugar or corn kernels.

bought the same machine 3½ years ago, made popcorn almost non-stop while we had it, and got rid of it... bought a new same model and has only gotten cheaper since we last bought it, so we can now deliver crispy popcorn again for a few years or 3 :) delivery came before time they gave up so only positive word from here

I think the machine is well made, although there is still potential to make the machine perfect. It's worth its weight in gold that you can take the kettle out to clean it. At the beginning I had to take out the split pin with pliers, but now I can usually do it without pliers. The rest of the machine is also easy to clean, provided you follow a few rules when using it. Important: as recommended, use tasteless coconut oil or, even better, paste. Other oils are too lubricating and resinous, making it difficult to clean the machine properly over time. I also use powdered salt instead of normal salt, with normal salt the Teflon coating scratches too quickly - the salt is also easier to dissolve and clean as a powder. You can easily make the powdered salt yourself or order it online (also with butter flavor). Often all you need to clean is a wet household paper and a quick rinse of the kettle. The instructions could be better, and I don't know what to do with the replacement material (fuses??). I would order the machine again - even if the price often varies extremely.
