With the RCPWS-53 plate warmer from Royal Catering, you can preheat your dishes quickly and easily and ensure that your dishes do not cool down immediately after serving. The delayed cooling not only guarantees that your guests get a perfectly tempered dish, and also avoids hectic in the kitchen. The plate heating cabinet can be ideally integrated into ongoing service operations and is ideal for the catering kitchen or at the buffet.
The spacious plate warmer for up to 60 plates
The powerful plate warmer cabinet impresses with its robust construction and optimal processing quality. The electric plate warmer is made of stainless steel and offers enough space for 60 plates with a diameter of up to 29 cm. A magnetic lock securely closes the swing door of the plate warmer so that the operating temperature is kept constant.
The interior of the heating cabinet is made of stainless steel and has 3 shelves. The plates can be optimally stowed in the interior on the 40 x 30 cm inserts and are always ready to hand when they are needed. The smooth surfaces can be cleaned and disinfected with a gentle cleaning agent.
The heating cabinet has a thermostat and can be seemlessly regulated from room temperature to 80 °C. You can easily set the desired temperature with the automatic thermostat – the integrated automatic mechanism takes care of everything else for you.
With its four rotatable smooth-running wheels, the plate warmer can be transported quickly and easily to any location and can be universal used in different areas. One wheel has a parking brake so that the free-standing electric plate warmer can be placed safely in the room. Due to their special construction, the wheels are extremely gentle on the floor as well as quiet.

The plate warmer is very good at the moment. It works and responds to tasks. It is not very accurate but it is reliable once you understand its margin of error Safe delivery but a bit difficult with time It has 5 stars from me

I am positively surprised by the recirculation function. This means the heat is distributed evenly throughout the cabinet. This is very important for me because I use the cupboard to liquefy honey and the even heat is very important.

Our old plate warmer had died and we were struggling to warm the plates for our weekly lunch for older people. This plate warmer does the job wonderfully and fits the kitchen space available. We are very pleased with the value for money it offers .

As beekeepers we were looking for a cost effective long term solution to warm honey prior to jarring and aid settling. Will also use it for warming jarred honey should it have crystalised prior to sale. Remove the shelves and the unit takes a 20Kg settling bucket. Warms evenly and quickly. Did a thermometer test and found unit is about 5 degrees higher than actual unit gauge. Important detail. Shevles perfect height for our 340gm honey jars. Unit is sleek, well made and on wheels, so easy to move about too.
