Mulled Wine Warmer - 27 l - Timer - Drain Tap

Whether you want to quickly heat water or produce larger amounts of jam, this professional mulled wine warmer offers a wide range of applications, which will come in handy both in commercial and private use. With a capacity of 27 litres and an output of 1.800 Watts, this warmer impresses with its extremely precise ability to both heat and keep different types of meals and beverages warm.

The mulled wine warmer not only warms up beverages such as wine, water for tea or milk, but it also conveniently keeps them warm. Even more than that, this professional device is remarkably versatile, being ideal for any meals you may need to quickly and reliably heat up. Soups and broths are cooked just as reliably as fruits and vegetables. With the provided lattice insert, the device is also suitable for pasteurising canned or jarred juices, jams, pumpkins or courgettes and many more fruits and vegetables.

For precise results even when cooking over longer periods of time, a timer is integrated in the pot. Depending on whether you want to cook soup or keep drinks warm, a comfortable knob allows you to adjust the time between 0 and 120 minutes. The timer is also practical when pasteurising, since the food needs to be strongly heated up over a shorter period of time. If you want to keep your meals warm for longer, you can simply select the continuous operation option.

Likewise, the desired temperature can also be set between 30 and 100 °C with a comfortable knob, depending on whether you just want to keep the liquids inside warm or bring them to a boil. When the device becomes warm, the indicator next to the controller lights up. Do not worry: The overheating protection switches the device off before any of its components can be damaged, for instance during continuous operation.

To make things easier, the minimum and maximum liquid quantities required when using the device are clearly displayed by two markings. These markings are particularly useful when it comes to precise pasteurising at high temperatures. For your safety, the device automatically switches itself off as soon as there is no liquid left in the container.

The mulled wine warmer is characterised by its particularly stable and durable steel frame. On the inside, the steel container is coated with enamel, which ensures that the content will not stick to the wall, but rather easily flow off when being poured. Not only the coating, but also being able to easily access the pot thanks to the removable lid makes cleaning the device effortless.

The beverages and meals in the warming device can be conveniently dispensed over a drain tap. The tap is on the lower side of the device, right above the temperature regulators and it can be used in three different positions. If you pull the handle forward, liquid will flow out. If you let go of it, it goes back up to the resting position, thereby interrupting the flow. For continuous operation, the handle simply has to be pushed backwards. This way, you can take small portions just as easily as quickly emptying the whole container.

Having two plastic handles, the device can also be uncomplicatedly transported. Since the material used has heat-insulating properties, even the heated container can be moved without danger. For longer transport, the current cable can be stowed away at the bottom of the pot. Thanks to its fitted rubber feet, the device can be safely placed on any surface, without causing any scratches.
